Each sample stage typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on complexity and workshop capacity.

    Points of measure, tolerances, grading rules and label artwork — even for standard sizes.

  2. Proto sample

    The first physical sample from your tech pack, at $50–150 each.

  3. Fit sample / SMS

    Refined for fit approval in your core sizes, and for sales presentations.

  4. Pre-production sample

    Identical to bulk; the benchmark for quality control.
